Mary's Sour Cream Coffeecake Muffins |
| BATTER: 1 Cup Soft Butter 2 Cups Sugar 2 Eggs 2 Cups Sour Cream 1 TBLS Vanilla Mix well all of the above. Sift: 2 Cups Flour with 1 TBLS Baking Powder – Add to Batter Crumble Topping: ¾ Cup Sugar, 1 Cup chopped walnuts, 1 TBLS Cinnamon-combine. Fill muffin cups half full of batter, sprinkle tablespoon of crumble mixture on top, fill muffin cups, and sprinkle again with crumble mixture. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Yield One Dozen
