April greetings to all our guests and friends! Spring forward and take advantage of our Special that we are running through April. Stay 3 nights with us here at the White Lace Inn, pay for 2 nights and we’ll pick up the tab for the 3rd night! This has been a popular package and although April is quickly filling up, there are still plenty of nights open. We have also extended our Romance package through April and the Kayak Adventure Weekend, July 28/29, still has openings. Our website has the details so logon and take a look. If it has been a while since you have visited Sturgeon Bay, returning guests will notice additional waterfront development along Memorial Drive. Plans for a third bridge are moving forward and the 4-lane State Highway 57 project from Green Bay to Sturgeon Bay continues daily. The shipyards are bustling with projects and spring bulbs are pushing their way through the ground. Here at the White Lace Inn, we welcome the warmer weather and look forward to your next visit. We have already hosted a couple of dozen weddings in our parlour this year and even one in the gazebo! To date, over 800 couples have chosen the White Lace Inn for their wedding ceremony since we opened in 1982. If you can get away for a night or two, we will make sure your stay with us is relaxing. Your favorite room is just a phone call or email away. Our WLI chocolate chunk cookies are in the jar and the cider is warming on the stovetop. Mary or Marcia will whip up your favorite breakfast entrée; just let us know ahead. Why not give our featured recipe of the month a try at home? Our Dancing Bear Gift Shop is just two blocks from the Inn on Third Avenue. You will find a variety of items to pamper yourself as well as gifts for special occasions. Michele and Sheri are surrounded by Easter Bunnies and have also just brought in a new line of Australian soaps, body balms and lotions made with natural vegetable oils. Come on in and look around!
