As we were talking to one of our guests last month about a side business that he runs, a light bulb went off! Not literally, of course, although you never know in these historic homes. We thought, "What if we asked guests to tell us about their businesses or services and included the information on our website?" We would compile the details and create a page that you can click on for these services and even provide a link to your site or your email address. "What a great idea", you say? OK, consider this a request to send us details about services that you provide. We will publish the information and have an option on our home page that you can click on for the details. Maybe you can even provide a link from your site to the White Lace Inn in return. Let's see where this goes. Thanks for participating. The innkeepers are ready to prepare your favorite breakfast entree; just let us know ahead. Our featured recipe of the month is perfect for those times when you only need to feed a few guests. Try the Mexican Egg Cups and let us know how you like them. Don't forget that our off-season rates continue through June 17th. The Dancing Bear Gift Shop has garden art on display for you to get a jump-start on your spring/summer yard design. Pamper yourself with lotions and soaps. The Hadley lighthouse is available and just in time for the annual lighthouse walk. Speaking of lighthouses, wait until you see the Beacon to be unveiled in front of our shop May 20. Beacons Around the Bay meet the Dancing Bear. Coming soon to a shop near you!

The Festival
of Blossoms is in full swing here in Sturgeon Bay and throughout the
county. Early warm weather has resulted in the landscape turning
green sooner than usual and the yachts already starting to fill the
marinas. Our fishpond has been officially opened for the season and we
are busy sprucing up our gardens. Our optimism for a warm spring has
extended to our Specials as we offer our Festival of Blossoms package
through June 15th. The Kayak Adventure is still available for the weekend
of July 28/29.
