It’s November – the month that’s a little bit fall, a little bit winter and all fun from beginning to end. We had our usual full house at the Inn during October as guests came from near and far
to take in the beautiful fall colors. In fact, we had more calls than rooms available last month so we’ve had our noses to the grindstone trying to come up with some special treats to entice those of you who couldn’t visit us in October to consider coming at this wonderful time of year. If you’ve never visited us during the winter before, you’re in for a pleasant surprise. And, if you have spent time here during November and December, maybe you’re due for a return trip. As always, there’s plenty to see and do in Sturgeon Bay and Door County. Think about leaving the traffic jams, the noisy malls and the crowded parking garages behind to enjoy Christmas shopping in an old fashioned, small town atmosphere. Stay with us and kick through leaves of green, gold and russet as you walk two blocks to our beautiful shops, unique galleries and our gourmet restaurants. As our way of saying thanks to our guests, both old and new, we’ve come up with even more reasons for you to consider putting us on your travel schedule. We think we’ve made it downright irresistible! Read on and see if you agree!
We’re sooo thankful for you......…

Here's a picture of Leeanne and Adam Haury carving pumpkins with Alexa and Zane at Bonnie and Dennis' house last
Halloween. For the last several years Leeanne and Adam have been coming from England to vacation at White Lace Inn, staying a week or more each time they come. As with many long time guests, they've become quite close to our hearts. Last year was "big fun" for all of us. England does not celebrate Halloween to any degree and Adam and Leeanne wanted to experience a traditional small town American Halloween. We carved pumpkins together, dressed up in fun costumes and trick or treated in the historic neighborhood around the inn. We all have fond memories of last Halloween. Thanks Adam and Leeanne.
