The White Lace Inn November 2003 Newsletter
And November goes,
With the last red berries
And the first white snow.
The fires burn
And the kettles sing
And earth sinks to rest
Until next spring
We couldn’t say it better ourselves! After the hustle and bustle of October, we’re thankful for November, the month that holds much of fall’s lingering beauty and ushers in the first hint of winter. We have truly had a magnificent fall season here in Door County. We saw many old friends return in October and welcomed many of you for the first time. Now as the last of the Halloween candy vanishes, we turn our attention to the holiday season. As usual, it’s closer than you think! If you haven’t had an opportunity to visit us yet this year – or even if you have! – late fall is a wonderful time to experience the County. Sturgeon Bay’s unique shops and galleries are brimming with old-fashioned charm. Wrap yourself in the sights and sounds of the holiday season while you hunt for that perfect present. And at night, wrap yourself in one of our down comforters and warm your feet by the fire!
Best of all, our “quiet season” rates are in effect, so you can enjoy a room with a fireplace or
whirlpool for as little as $70 per night on weeknights (Sunday through Thursday) and $130 per night on weekends (Friday and Saturday). And, if you stay with us any time between
now and December 31, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the Dancing
Bear, our gift shop in town. This gift certificate is good for 20% off your purchases at the Bear and can be used multiple times during the length of your stay.
Call us toll free at 877-948-5223 to make your reservation.
As always at this time of year, we want to let you know how thankful we are for you, our guests.
From our White Lace Inn family to yours, we send heartfelt wishes for a happy and healthy Thanksgiving!
New for you!
We’re always looking for ways to pamper our guests here at the Inn. For your convenience, we now have
hair dryers available in all our 18 rooms and suites. That’s one less thing to think about while you’re planning your trip!
