After a relatively cool, but
beautiful and comfortable summer we are heading into a favorite time of
the year - Fall in Door County. There's nothing like it! In addition to a sneak peek at some early fall foliage, we have the bountiful farmers' markets loaded with their harvest of beets, squash, corn, late tomatoes and more. Just in time for the annual Kingdom So Delicious celebrated throughout the County. This three week culinary tour begins September 8 through September 26 and all of you can be a "guest at the table" as you explore the delicious offerings around the County. White Lace Inn is proud to participate with a package that includes a two night's stay in your favorite room or suite, a $25.00 Door County Gift Certificate, a 12-ounce bag of famous Door County Coffee, and of course the wonderful homemade breakfast each morning that we are known for. Mary has outdone herself with stuffed Door County Cherry Apple Crisp French toast. Breakfast at White Lace Inn is a perfect start to your day as you head out to explore this favorite season in the County. Take a look at the list of events below. As you will see, there is lots going on - jazz festivals, corn festivals, harvest festivals, musical festivals. Something for everyone to "fall" into! And then you can "fall" into the comfort of your beautifully appointed room or suite at White Lace Inn and you will know why we have so many repeat guests. |
