The cool mornings and warm colors have arrived! After a couple of summer-like weeks surprised us in September, the beauty and climate of Door County in the Fall arrived right on time! You'll still need your sun glasses- the colors are popping as only Mother Nature knows how to please the eye. Vibrant oranges, yellows and shades of red splash everywhere as you drive around the Peninsula. Without a destination in mind, you'll find that you've arrived! Come for a visit and get off the beaten track. Take one of our county roads that criss-cross the Peninsula You'll be amazed at the serenity, natural beauty and tucked away secrets that few visitors know about.
