This is one of the most intimate b&b's I've ever stayed in. The room we choose was called Winter Cheer and it was fantastic. The Bedroom had a queen size bed with a canopy (very romantic), a wood burning fireplace, and a huge cedar chest with a cd player in it. The living room had a second fireplace, television, and a huge sofa that you just sank into. In the bathroom, you can see through the fireplace into the living room while you are sitting in the whirlpool tub. I love the White Lace inn and the owners believe in keeping each room updated. They are lovely people and the staff is very reliable.
I would recommend this property to anyone who loves the feel of home, with exceptional breakfast, and a quaint town in Door County to explore.

My wife and I stayed at the White Lace Inn on our honeymoon back in 1995. What a wonderful place. We have stayed at other "highly recommended" B&B's and have yet to find one that compares to the White Lace Inn. It is beautifully decorated with antiques and serves excellent breakfasts. The long-time owners are very knowledgeable and friendly. I am a "clean freak" so cleanliness is very important to me. At most places I stay, I can find some part of the inn that lacks in cleanliness. Not here. The White Lace Inn is EXTREMELY well kept and VERY clean. This is the best place I have ever stayed!!
